Question: What if I don’t take all four hours available to discover my next?

Answer: That can easily happen, and if that’s you, all remaining coaching time can be used to work through a different subject matter. Potential topics that frequently come up are fears or anxiety around transitioning to a new town, dorm life, or other unfamiliar changes ahead, concern with taking a particular class, developing a support network, or even navigating relationships. Usually, discovering your next is just the beginning AND there is coaching support available for whatever side quests may show up.

Question: What if I end up needing more sessions to find my next, or want to continue receiving coaching support through a portion of my next?

Answer: My coaching is flexible to your individual needs. Additional sessions may be purchased to hone in your next steps, or to continue support. For example, if your next steps include unfamiliar territory like moving or dorm life, I offer semester long coaching bundles for support as you get settled in.

Question: What if I still have time available in my coaching bundle and do not feel like I need any additional support at this time?

Answer: You have the option to “bank” your remaining coaching time for 60 days. If not used at the 60 day mark, your remaining time will be added to a general coaching scholarship fund that is used at my discretion to offer partial or full scholarship sessions to individuals receiving coaching.

Question: Is there outside homework to be completed between sessions?

Answer: Yes- and no. Based on each session, there will likely be some form of action step to take. What that looks like is highly individualized. If there is an action, like scheduling a job shadowing opportunity, that feels overwhelming, we can use part of our session time to do those actions. Some or all action steps you may be completely comfortable doing on your own, and some you may prefer to do in session- either for support or for personal accountability.
